Cream of Mushrooms


Ingredients:

Onion(Bombay)
Garlic
Leeks
Mushrooms
Thyme
Cream
Salt & pepper

Method:

1) In pan, saute onions and garlic.
2) Add in leeks.
3) Slice mushrooms and cook until its soft.
4) Add in thyme and water.
5) Add in cream, bring to simmer.
6) Blend the mixture with food processor, season to taste.
